How to Redeem Tokens on Asgard
One-time kits and 7-day passes don't go straight into your inventory when you pay. They land on your account as tokens and wait there until you open the token menu in game and pick one. A token never expires or wipes, and a Raid kit bought this week will still be waiting for you at the next force wipe. It also never renews or charges you a second time.
Kit tokens and 7-day tokens
A kit token turns into one of our four one-time kits, which are Builder, Armory, Raid and Chad. A 7-day token starts a points booster at 2X, 5X or 10X, and it runs for a week from the moment you press ACTIVATE. Our own pick for a token to keep in reserve is Builder, because on a one grid map you want a base down in the first ten minutes.
Getting tokens onto your account
Kits on the store run from $7 for Builder to $60 for Chad, and the 7-day passes on the boosters page start at $5. The token reaches your account within a few minutes, and you don't need to be online when it lands.
Ranks hand out tokens on their own schedule as well. Every monthly renewal, or every 30 days on a yearly plan, drops a bundle onto your account. Heimdall, the lowest rank, gets a Builder token, and Odin at the top gets a Chad token and a 7-day 10X token.
The same four kits also sit in /shop for the points everyone earns by playing, from 200 points for Armory up to 1,500 for Chad.
Opening the menu
Type /redeem and you get a list of every kit token and 7-day token on your account, with a count next to each one. If that command slips your mind, /boosters opens the same menu.
- A kit token has a REDEEM button beside it, and pressing that gives you the kit right away.
- A 7-day token shows ACTIVATE instead, and you can press it whenever you're ready for the week to begin.
If you know what you want, a shortcut in chat skips the menu, such as /redeem chad for a kit or /redeem 5x to start a 5X token.
Running two boosters at once
While a 7-day token is active, the menu shows a timer with the time left on it. If you activate a second 7-day token, it tacks another 7 days onto the end. Different points boosters stack by adding up, so a 2X and a 10X running together earn at 12X, and all three at once make 17X. That makes it worth starting your boosters together for a long session.
Make room before you press REDEEM
The Chad kit fills your belt with an AK-47, an LR-300 and a rocket launcher, dresses you in a full metal kit, and then spreads C4, rockets, meds, spare armor and ammo across 21 slots of your main inventory. Builder is a lighter kit, but you still need free slots for the resources, eight doors, two beds and a TC.
Kits and the points shop both switch off while you're raid blocked, which lasts five minutes after explosives hit a base, or combat blocked for a minute after a fight. The safe habit is to claim a kit at base while nothing is going on around you.
When a token doesn't show up
Relog first and then open the token menu again. If it's still missing after ten minutes, head to #create-a-ticket on our Discord and press the Create ticket button on the Asgard Support panel. Staff will need your Steam profile link and the email you paid with, so put both in your first message.
